The Common Man: First, and foremost, I shall ensure the interests the independent pilot and the small corporation. Those of you who go about their day without concerns for war, espionage, or illicit activities, who simply want to mine, manufacture, mission-run, explore, tackle instances, haul, or trade, I shall look out for your interests.
Bounty Hunting: It's easy to be bad, and impossible to be good. You check out a pilots security standing and find it abysmally low, you lock on, fire, and pop the pirate and are rewarded the bounty. Now that Pirate's corporation or (heaven forbid) alliance declares war on you and your corporation. You were in the right upholding justice, but now will run in fear. I want to see a change where Bounty Hunters in High security and Low Security space have the backing of CONCORD, as well as protections against declarations of war.
Empire Security Forces: Establishing security forces for each Empire (Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, and Minmatar) to act as Empire/region/system police. These forces will have strict rules of engagement, but will allow for more thorough patrols of Empire space than CONCORD can currently accomplish. Agents will be stationed to task ESF pilots with missions to help establish security in their area of space.

Government

I believe in personal freedom, limited government, and solid, but not overreaching, laws.

CONCORD

I believe that where CONCORD is present they have a duty to uphold Interstellar Law and to respond timely and effectively.

Taxes

The more I can keep governments hand from reaching into your pocket, the more ISK you'll have to keep the economy stimulated.

Foreign Policy

I hold no grudges, and judge people on an individual basis. However, those peoples, corporations, alliances, or governments that step too far shall be dealt with sternly and swiftly.
